Take control of your health! Exercise regularly, brush your teeth, commit to healthy sleep hygiene, take your meds, make and go to doctor’s appointments, make realistic diet changes, stretch regularly! Small changes now will have ripples later in life.

Quick tip for those at FWA 2025 (or any con). Most phones have a portrait mode in their camera settings. It will apply a bokeh effect to the photo, keeping the fursuit in focus while blurring the rest. It's easy to use and will make your photos look much more professional!
