About 20 years ago I bought a version of this game only to ignore it because it was so different from what I was used to. Today I completed the main story. I could've given it more time and patience, but for now I'm happy I can finally say I have played TESIII: Morrowind.

One weird thing I do like about how Morrowind handles slavery is that it doesn't try to give you a moral sense to abolish it (or at least I have not seen it). There are factions within the game that don't approve of it but in general slavery is just a part of the region, a fact of life.

Morrowind quest: I have to convince a tribe leader I'm the Dunmer Jesus. I do his quest and then he asks for a "high house bride". The solution? Buy a slave girl, put her on nice clothes and bathe her in magical perfume - he didn't care, he liked her. This game man lol

My Morrowind update: Still playing, I'm deep now. Apparently I killed one of the brothers of the final boss way before I should have. I now have a bunch of shiny armor. My long blade skill is now lv 100. TBH the UI and info overload are prob the only things that have not aged that well.
