the problem with evening classes is they're usually slightly too early for my current working hours, I usually finish work around 6pm and then get home by 6.30 which is when the night class would start... So basically I guess I need to figure out how to be a morning person? I guess?

every day I come on the internet and someone talks shit about baked beans. They're really not that bad! Beans in tomato sauce is hardly the worst food to have come from the British isles. Besides which, the Americans have a food entitled 'grits'. At least baked beans tells you what it is (beans).
