I don't think he's stupid, but the shit he throws onto the wall to see what sticks. Part of surviving & defeating MAGA is to not jump on every batshit crazy thing he does/says, but to see past the dumb stuff he's distracting us with in order to push through the truly horrific items on his agenda.
