Sky News release audio of Conservative Chris Philp admitting that Brexit makes it harder to return asylum seekers to countries in Europe That's right, inside the EU, with freedom of movement, the UK had the ability to return asylum seekers to Europe Brexit created the rise in small boat crossings

Watching football fans stress in stands for playoffs reminds me how horrible it can feel for football to matter so much. I really don't miss it.

Sick @teamlabouruk.bsky.social the language used by starmer was unacceptable yesterday. We would be on the scrap heap without immigration. We should be praising immigrants not demonising them.

Feeling a bit stronger this evening.

Weary and tired... Second coffee not quite cutting it today.

Tonight's sleep will mostly be sponsored by mirtazapine and the letters B E E R

Time for a beer and chill for rest of the day. Will pull on my new hoodie from my brother.

Probably not supposed to be sat on a train crying either.

Why can't I motivate myself, why can't I perform at work anymore. Why do I feel so absolutely useless. I am 52 not 102 :-(

Brutally low today. Work really knows how to kick you when you're down.

I don't think I can do my job anymore... The pressure to perform is greater than my ability to deliver and I am struggling.

Dear Runcorn... You absolute dumb arses. That is all.

Andor is a very relevant show now. The things that felt so distant and scary in season 1, are becoming the reality of life in America

It's that time of the day again when I am truly grateful for all the growers, harvesters and roasters for bringing awesome coffee beans into my love. Than fuck for coffee.

Made the mistake of leaving the office at lunch time to find food in Swindon..... What an absolute pile of crap the town is. Smack heads, drunks , closed shops and people pushing stolen gear.

It's Beach Sunday... Glorious weather in Kernow.
