I somehow landed on “alt text debate bluesky” People being all wordy about why you need alt text on your images I don’t care, you only need five. “Alt text or no pic”. You could swap out those final two for many things, but yeah…..alt text or f*ck off

I've been wondering about the base rate of plane crashes lately given how much they are showing up in the news. My takeaway is that the DC crash is definitely an outlier event, but the rest of the stories are strictly due to narrative gravity. There's actually been *fewer* this year vs. last year.
