It's worth noting the difference between Paperclip and Osoaviakhim. Paperclip sanitized pasts and gave former Nazis respectable positions integrating them into American society. Osoaviakhim kidnapped thousands, relocating them to the USSR under strict control. Saying they're the same is misleading.
