Xylha is a magical girl! A little bit of that has always been in her creative DNA but EW was when the Sailor Moon aspects really dug in. Her Usagi/Serenity vibes stand out the most, but Xylha is also influenced by Utena Tenjou and Sora Kingdom Hearts.
