just spent 90 minutes troubleshooting something that shouldve taken me 2 minutes. i thought to myself "surely it couldnt be that super obvious thing. theres no way i made THAT mistake" but, chat, i DID make that mistake. my hubris was my downfall, yet again.

everyone seems to hate this take, but like... i agree? yes we should be critical of LLMs for ENDLESS reasons. but natural language processing is happening all the time in countless settings, and sometimes--it's actually helpful. it has use cases. it just does!!
