When I arrived, hours before this, there were zero. 20 minutes in, about 20 of us and 5 of them. For hours, we were standing where they are pictured. At 2, ~20 of them. About a quarter past 2, them, plus a whole group on bikes (not pictured, but off to the side). They relocated protesters.
