Citizens United. I've heard the founders only expected property owners to have the right to vote. But, they didn't allocate the votes by acreage. One person, one vote. Undue influence is killing our nation. Dark Money is self serving.

Unitary executive theory VS VETO power. I don't believe the founders gave the POTUS veto power if they thought POTUS could do whatever it wants. If the Pres doesn't like the way an agency is staffed or funded - VETO. Not enough votes to override, okay. Override & the peeps have spoken.
