Thing is, an early hardware adopter is likely to already own other current gen systems, and have likely already played all these games. I’m one of those and the only switch 2 games I’ve got is Mario Kart and the upgrade for Fantasy Life, other things I’m playing are better performing SW1 games.

Giving choice to player how they experience their games is a no brainer. I wouldn’t have bought this had it not been for adding an easy mode. Some other notables for their customisation are Alan Wake 2, Doom the Dark Ages, both Last of us games. So many I bought because of their ability to tailor
