i see allies mess this up so: "biological sex" to mean sex at birth is completely unscientific. you gotta stop using it. quit saying "biological females" to describe cis women, etc i am biologically female. calling me biologically male makes as much sense as saying my biological weight is 8 pounds

I feel like I have good coaching and soft skills, I want to end up somewhere where I can coach and facilitate. Somewhere I am helping people do something they are passionate about. That doesn't have a specific industry.
