Out of interest, do you stick music on while you’re walking or use the time to otherwise mentally prepare? Only ask as I have my music playing when out walking but starting to wonder if it would be a better use of time without.

Couldn’t agree more about not making them famous. I think it’s sickening and distressing for anyone closely affected. All about clicks and money for the press. Morally bankrupt. Their descriptions in the news often look like they’ve been written by Mills and Boon too. Not right.
