I discovered that if I write in the third person first, it becomes easier to narrate and paint the scene without having to think of character thoughts or dialogue. Then once it's done, I go back and change it all to a first person point of view in present/past tense. Yay. 😃 #writing #books #book

This might be a controversial opinion, but I believe the ending of a book is the most important thing outside of an opening hook. I sometimes write story endings first, then the middle, and lastly the start. The ending has to stick, but the beginning can be any generic Hollywood opener you want.
