Why I like the Shedeur Sanders pick, albeit via a rather strange method: Essentially a lottery ticket selection with low risk and (maybe) high reward. If it doesn’t work out, no one is off any worse with it only being a 5th round pick.

14 of the top-100 prospects on the Consensus Big Board are still available, including 5 in PFF's top-60: S. Sanders, B. Swinson, E. Ayomanor, J. Royals and C. Skattebo. A bunch of talent still there for the taking on Day 3.

Harold Fannin among FBS TEs in 2024 (min. 40 targets): • 1st in PFF receiving grade (96.4) • 1st in yards per route run (3.77) • 1st in missed tackles forced (34) • 1st in 1st down receptions (74) One HELL of a selection

Browns remaining draft picks are 126 (4th), 166 (5th) and 192 (6th). Some prospects I like: RB C. Skattebo WR E. Ayomanor WR X. Restrepo WR J. Royals OT C. Williams CB A. Huzzie Edge J. Sawyer Edge T. Batty S L. Ransom S R.J. Mickens S. M. Moore

Browns 11p as of right now: QB J. Flacco RB J. Ford WR J. Jeudy WR C. Tillman WR M. Woods TE D. Njoku Need Burden and Henderson/Judkins tonight (assuming no Shedeur).

What’s your hottest Cleveland Browns draft take/prediction?

Breakdown of Cleveland Browns first round picks since 1999, pinpointing offensive skill positions:

Good.

Sunday morning movie with the boy:

Every episode of The Pitt is an emotional rollercoaster.

Chuck E. Cheese is about to witness something special:

If I had my druthers (Ward picked at 1, PFF Big Board): R1 QB S. Sanders (Colorado) R2 OT J. Conerly, Jr. (Oregon) R3 RB K. Johnson (Iowa) R4 TE Harold Fannin, Jr. (Bowling Green)

C. Ward S. Sanders J. Dart K. Cousins A. Rodgers R. Wilson J. Milton (trade) M. Willis (trade) Other Pick one

It feels inevitable that the Browns go into the ‘25-26 season with Cousins and Pickett…doesn’t it

Some remaining FAs that at least mildly interest me for the Browns: RB J.K. Dobbins WR Tyler Boyd EDGE Dante Fowler, Jr. EDGE Dre'Mont Jones Nickel Mike Hilton

My son’s response to the Myles Garrett contract extension: “It’s a miracle!”

Not sure if any of ya’ll are in the football card game, but the 2024 Donruss Mega Boxes are an insane value.

QB Cam Ward/Shedeur Sanders RB TreVeyon Henderson/Quinshon Judkins WR Jerry Jeudy WR Cedric Tillman WR Jameson Williams (trade) TE David Njoku Could be fun.

These RBs are cookin’. At least a handful of prospects I’d love to see in orange and brown.

For Gene

Been sorting thru and organizing my card/memorabilia collection as of late. These were a really cool trip down memory lane:

Been watching Cam Ward this week and I think my favorite trait of his is how quickly he changes his arm angles vs pressure. He makes throws look deceptively easy.

Valentine’s Day gift from the wife:

Just a good old fashioned ass whooping.

Cooper DeJean. Stud.

The Cavs got better today.

On the surface, the Bears may be a viable trade partner (10th in draft capital, NFC and have a QB on a rookie contract): • 2025 pick 10 • 2025 pick 39 • 2026 1st

So glad the annual deposit for season tickets went thru this past Saturday…

Myles took a direct shot at AB in that statement. This solidifies the impact of the worst trade in sports history and Myles’ doubts with the Browns future plans to rebuild the organization into a consistent winner. This is a low point.

#Browns senior offensive assistant Bill Musgrave is taking on the role of quarterbacks coach in 2025, source confirms. It's a role he's held around the league, including with the Broncos (2017), Eagles (2014), Falcons (2006-2010) and a number of other teams over his career.

For America, Buffalo.

Bills have to change it up on 3rd/4th and short.

James Cook with the Stretch Armstrong. Grown man drive by the Bills.

What a throw and catch!

Commanders can’t get out of their own way.

Commanders with -9.3 EPA and a 13% win probability decrease on two first half turnovers.
