Don't buy these because they were grown in wales

Thyme in the sun

I have been getting out the first garden centre orders of the year. Juggling the space to try to get the dispatch system working

We get much better results since we stopped using artificial heat to germinate and grow our seedling herbs. These were sown in plugs in October. Growing slowly but surely

Timely article about peatlands as “ultra-high-value ecosystems”. Nature-based solutions through protection and restoration is what we all should be aiming for. #WalesPeatlandAction #AdferMawndirCymru #NaturUwchCarbonIs #HighNatureLowCarbon

Please share this post: A download benefit album to raise funds for Sendelica main man Pete Bingham who is unable to work due to an ongoing illness. Please buy if you can. Thank you. thecellarcardigan.bandcamp.com/album/we-lov...

A cheeky frost at the factory

The sun has come out and I found a twix in my boat. The day is going very well

I finally found a home for my dad lathe. I love this photo. I think it's the same lathe but I don't think that he is a family member

When you have cawl in the freezer the world is a slightly better place. Anon.

This was the last storm. I'm waiting for it to get light to check the nursery. Pembs wasn't hit as badly as areas further north. Good luck everyone

It feels great to be potting again.

Pembrokeshire has a wealth of ancient sites. We took a wander around a couple yesterday. A set of bronze age cist graves and the unexplained markings on Carn enoch

we're thrilled to share that we've started the year with a new addition to our team! he's extremely smart, capable, charming, persuasive, and boasts a wealth of museum experience

When I buy food I try to find suppliers from my locale but I am not prepared to sacrifice quality. I am fortunate to live in part of the world that has some excellent produce . The bonus for me is that I like to interact with the people involved in producing what I consume. We attempt the same.

A musician that that was trying to build up followers in the other place asked me how I had managed to get 0ver 3000 followers. "Pictures of Sempervivums" I said. Should I be asking for a consultancy fee ?

A growing number of consumers want to know how and where the products that they purchase are produced. They want to know what the negative impacts are of that production and the positive impacts to their local economies. Retailers can be involved or ignore the trend. It's up to them
