From my reading of this (correct me if I’m wrong). The Supreme Court has sanctioned Trumps cruel deportation of people to El Salvador but has given detainees a right to appeal it. But it seems the appeal process is weighted against them. Given Trump admins propensity to lie this feels disastrous
