There is a clear and readily accessible timetable of events that precipitated the incursion by Russia into Crimea as well as its incursions into Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Donetsk. Regardless of the internal turmoil in Ukraine preceding their invasion there was no direct action by Ukraine on Russia.

At last count (4Q2023) Tesla Self Driving features have resulted in nearly 800 crashes since 2019 and over 50 fatalities. NHTA is prohibited from speaking out against this now, but Elon Musk and Tesla chose now to implement unsupervised full service car services in Austin, TX as early as June 2025.
