Dental crowns are a wise investment. With a track record dating back centuries, cuspal replacement with metal or ceramic is legit. Crowns are one of the lowest cost surgical prosthetics with one of the highest success rates in medicine. This advice earns me nothing.

How should I care for my teeth? First, consider your diet. What do our primate cousins eat, or wolves? Eat the kinds of foods your teeth evolved to process. Next? Flossing is the most important step. Pandas munch on bamboo! Processed foods are a modern problem. Skip them if possible.
