Congratulations @rebeccaromney.com on the release of Jane Austen's Bookshelf! 🎉 I'm currently reading it & am riveted. The Burney chapter made me look for a copy of Evelina online, only to discover I already had one i'd intended to sell because it wasn't on my radar as worth reading!

My foray into antiques shops today resulted in no vintage romance. It's ok - the empty hauls make the eventual rich ones all the sweeter. I did, however, happen upon this life-size cardboard Stephen King! I would die of delight to find something like this for a romance author Did not buy this, fyi

I'm off for a few hours of poking around in antiques shops Will I find some dusty old gothics? Some nurse romances shoved into a far corner? 🤞🏻 It's great to buy from rare book sellers & online venues like eBay, Pango, etc., (I buy from all) but NOTHING beats the thrill of book-hunting in the wild
