SmallState fucked up. We notified them of mom's death *the day she died* and they listed her as TERMINATED. Their fuckup has now cost us 3 weeks. We are 2 weeks from moving, and they're saying it'll probably take that long, if not months, to have the Life Ins payout. Luigi 4 Prez
