Got some basecoats done on a Troggoth. Nothing spectacular. I got my ass kicked at Stargrave at the store tonight. I didn't have anyone die. But I sure didn't score or roll well at all. I did unlock a physical loot object. A fancy JumpPack. Had an epiphany about the activation rules. Start & end.

Day 3 of game-jam, not that great. Busy most of the day. I managed to create the borders for the infinite runner tile. But collision detection is still needed. Area detection etc. I'll work on it some tomorrow. Maybe bake something. Got some painting to do as well.

Day 2 of Game-Jam. Assets loaded. Spite is controllable and movable. Infinite scrolling background created and functional. Using larger player sprite to be appropriate for the level tile. Autoscrolling for the level tile also functional. Need to add "boundaries" for the level, lots more needed.

That Deathrattle Spearhead box looks so nice. In fact the glow up for that sub faction of SBGL is awesome. If I wasn't already invested in other armies or working on another Spearhead box, I'd totally be looking into gorgeous skeletons. 🦴 They give me strong Ray Harryhausen animator vibes.

Day 1 of Game-Jam. Tools installed. "Hello World" project builds. Supposedly exports to Web successfully. Game Design Doc "mostly" written. Player sprite added, associated need to assign movement. I want the player sprite to move across the 2D top-down landscape. First lunch break. Then more work.
