What Chellie can’t say out loud yet is that it’s also blatant retaliation for Gov. Mills challenging Trump to his face last week. There are 34 National Sea Grant programs. Maine’s is the only one that was targeted. Vindictive pettiness is not how the UNITED States should operate.
