In my opinion, and I’m no lawyer, but I do have opinions just like everybody else, if Scotus doesn’t do something as a result of his defiance, we have actually handed him his fascist dictatorship with full sanction, the second of a three part system to cave! The House is lost, senate ambiguous.

This whole bit about Scotus giving a vague, “he should be coming back” due process blah blah blah. Sent it 🔽 to lower court. Do they not realize they’re advocating fascist president?
