This is Trump's plan for ending the war in Ukraine: Cripple the victim until she submits to the assailant's terms. It echoes Trump's policy on January 6: Pardon the thugs who beat up cops, and demote the prosecutors. At home and abroad, the U.S. government under Trump has become a force for evil.
