There's a balance in event planning -- if you hold an event in the US then people who can't get US visas or can't safely come to US cannot attend. But if you hold all events outside US then people who now can't get passports can't come, and neither can immigrants lacking advance parole to re-enter.

Switching to zip files for Taca, such as how Java uses zip for jar files. I also expect to provide programmatic access to zip entries for data not directly embedded in the Wasm binary, but I haven't implemented that yet. Slower decompression than lz4 worries me, but maybe ok?
