For the first morning in a very long time, I had no lower back pain when I woke up. I've been doing cupping twice a week at acupuncture for a few weeks. Not sure if it's related. We also changed my Chinese herbs recently.

Last week, my daughter and I had a terrible experience at the optometrist. For whatever reason, we saw a doctor that we've never dealt with in the many years we've been going there. My sister referred me to her Black optometrist, and I am so appreciative.
