With Federal Government websites being deleted and modified, be sure to check out the Internet Archive Project. They have an entire collection of "End of Term" crawls, that preserve most federal government websites the way they were before the election and between the election and inauguration.

Both pointing a laser at an aircraft and shooting at an aircraft are felony offenses under federal law. Not to mention they are both stupid and dangerous. You are not helping anyone by doing so.
