Trying to figure out a setup for realtime framerate downsampling/frameblending for streams, mostly for VR stuff where there's inherently going to be a lot of motion-rich frames thrown away by default in OBS even though they are rendered for the display/HMD. Here's a test with 300FPS → 60 in VRChat.
