For me, overreaction time began a long time ago. The tactics are the issue here. Everybody knows how to stop Vermes tactics now. He's no longer innovative like he was in his first 5-years. This is the longest I've ever seen a coach stay at a club that is performing this poorly.

The second DS didnt have a "fatal design flaw" if Palpatine had just been a bit more patient and waited for the thing to be built more before leaking the location and underestimating the rebels, they wouldnt have been able to fly right in after blowing up the shield generator.
