Just a thought but from my Canadian perspective your Federal program USAID might get more public support if US media/politicians stopped pronouncing it 'USA-ID' like it's some scary licensing organization & pronounced it 'US-AID' instead which sounds much more self-explainatory/non-horrifying.

Today's victory: I ALMOST have EVERYTHING that I need to launch the new 125g aquarium! Literally the only stuff I'm missing is some eggcrate to protect the glass from the rockwork. As of today I only have a few things left to do: - complete varnishing - wash sand - reseal the tank - leak test

I've always thrifted my everyday clothes & I try to buy housewear/furniture second hand too - I got my new 125 gallon aquarium for $150 versus a new pricetag of $900-$1,200. Facebook Marketplace, special interest groups & Kijiji are great! (Love being able to buy a book case for $60 secondhand!)

125 Gallon Aquarium Build Progress! - My boards for the stand are stained (smelled terrible) & are now 50% varnished (rediscovering how non-offensive varnish smells was a huge relief.) - Today I'm buying salt finally! - ...but the 125 gallon needs to be resealed. So it'll be a few weeks still.😩
