If you’re planning on watching any Lynch, my advice is: don’t watch any analysis videos, don’t think about what stuff is “supposed” to mean, just get your own unique experience from it!! I think people have become far too concerned with the “correct” interpretations of media. Just experience it!!!

I'm a seasoned Metroid player, and I finally beat the NES game for the 1st time recently. It's a neat game for 1986. I decided to fire up Super Metroid again for a comparison, and man, just how massive a leap it is in terms of design and presentation is making me in awe of it like I hadn't before.
