In other news apparently I have depression. And because SSRIs don’t sit well with me. I’m not taking an extremely low dose anti-psychotic. Kinda scary. Cut won’t be on it forever. Just stinks thinking I was getting better. Just to still have depression.. 😔

Check grocers that are privately owned or local. Example is Trader Joe’s. While every chain is using the same supplier these are outside of it using their private suppliers. Example I’m able to get 12 count farm raised for 4.50$.
