You want bright, vibrant colors, but there are only so many colors that can be bright and saturated at the same time. That's because no matter how bright you try to make your lighting, white is the limit in color. Sometimes lowering the LV for saturation can make it look brighter.

Also, is okay that even friend artists don't care or don't think your art is good, it would be okay to be separeted from them if you don't feel motivated or confortable around them too if these things continue. you should not force to yourself to be accepted, but also you can choose to not stay.

I have realized that is harder to cope with the fact that for each year, the feeling of never truly listened to someone said to me that my art is amazing or even good from an actual artist. I have also been pretty paranoid if someone said that even thought they mean it, I think they are mocking me.
