So to review: 1. He never should have been deported. The admin admitted that. 2. The admin said he was an MS-13 member and also they couldn’t get him back. They lied. 3. They are now charging him with a crime that they did not mention until literally now.

It feels like a violation because to you, the social contract was something that a human being had to discover you doing to be punished for, which was not a certainty. Now that enforcement is reliable and impersonal, you chafe at regularly experiencing consequences rather than seldomly.
