Oh FFS Apple, seriously? Apple pulls data protection tool after UK government security row www.bbc.com/news/article...

Introduced daughter to the concept of dunking biscuits in hot chocolate and it’s utterly blown her mind.

Took daughter to her dance class this morning- first time for me as she normally goes on a Monday afternoon. She saw some other father and said “look, another daddy. He’s got a bit more hair than you though.” Couldn’t. Stop. Laughing.

The Cass Review was an utter shambles, Wes Streeting is a right wing transphobe in a Labour MP skinsuit, please sign this to tell them to stop harming kids lives. petition.parliament.uk/petitions/70...

What’s the bet that after I report this low effort scam (the account tries to get you to top up a phone number using Ding Top Up) Instagram will do fuck all?

The absolute state of what passes for journalistic standards these days.

“How was your flight from London to Edinburgh?” “We got blown so far off course we ended up in Germany!” www.flightradar24.com/RUK94JV/38d9...

Was he hoping for consecutive 100 year sentences like you get in the US? This monster will be 70 before he is even eligible to be considered for parole, he’ll have spent 75% of his life in jail by that point. No attempt to explain why he thinks it’s “unduly lenient” either. Shame on this MP.

Maybe it’s age, maybe it is working from home for 5 years, but I’m increasingly uncomfortable in large crowds. I can’t leave the house without noise cancelling headphones, even if it’s just white noise I’m listening to.

Is there some weird new SEO technique involving hosting random unrelated articles (possibly LLM derived)? My local newspaper site ( supported by bbc local partnership) keep spamming me with stories like “hip pain explained”, no attempt to link it local.

It’s a sign of where I am in life that whilst I’m disappointed that the inaugural New Glenn launch has been delayed, it makes it more likely I’ll watch it live. I’m liable to be fast asleep by 2300UTC on a Saturday, but vaguely awake by 0600 on a Sunday.

@noelparkind.bsky.social not sure I’m your target demographic.

The importance of backing up your data: A case study.

I’d love it if someone more knowledgeable on GDPR could explain to me how charging users a fee not to have their data sold to advertisers is remotely legal?

I’m getting a migraine just looking at the pictures, never mind living in this monstrosity

Having watched the first episode, I can agree- it is a tough watch, but very good. Really brings home the chaos and uncertainty we all felt on that day.

I agree with Kemi. If only there was a government minister who had a remit specifically covering Women, maybe they could have done something like this, and wait hang on.

Okay, who’s running the sweepstake on how long it’ll be before she’s caught shagging in prison again, just as an inmate instead?
