Today marks 9 years of Mitchell & Zak ❤️ I'm starting to forget the "before Mitchell" times, it almost feels like he's always been by my side, supporting & loving me. My best friend and companion, the only person where we can just 'be'. No pressure, not judgment, just be ourselves.

I've been so stressed lately that I forgot about my math test this morning... 😮‍💨 The test went really well and I'm not worried, but that could have been a LOT worse omg. Barely slept last night, I had 1 single hash brown & a cup of coffee for breaky.. not good test fuel at all.

After a bout of long COVID, and then two years of "you can't get the vaccine if you've had COVID in the last 3/6 months" I finally got my updated covid vaccine! I'm relieved, but also two days in... I feel like I got hit by a car again. It's worth it tho! 💉❤️

Steve now has her freedom, but she still has to wear the surgery pants for one more day. No more being stuck in one room, and she can eat normally, no restrictions~ She's currently napping in the sun, happy as a clam.

Folks 👏🏻 RESULTS ARE IN! Benign cyst. Not a tumor or anything worse! Seven is healing up amazingly! 1-2 more days of surgery pants, Monday the sutures come out, and then she's free and back to her regular schedule~

I recently had to make a difficult decision about school. I ended up deferring Biology until next term or later. Life is very stressful rn, both good & bad, I can feel my limit being reached. I don't want my other classes to suffer, so now I can really focus. It's lifted a lot of stress!

Seven & the surgery pants update: Almost a week down, she is healing so well. Never once tried to remove her pants or pick/lick at her incision. She always takes her meds (hidden in food) and really just wants to snuggle all the time.

Kitty cat Johnny shirt for Stevie. I keep calling this her "surgery pants" 😂🥺 It's this or the cone of shame, and she can't tolerate the cone. 4 teeth removed, the rest cleaned, a lump on her shoulder removed and sent to the AVC for pathology (again).
