I have a heavy brow, not delicate features, and with PCOS I have high levels of androgens - so can get quite hairy. I don’t wear make-up. I look a lot more masculine than a trans-women who passes well, so yes, I am worried about having to prove I’m a woman to use toilets and changing rooms.
