There isn't a story on the BBC News site about today's trans rights rally at Parliament Square where it's estimated 20k attended. But they did have a story last week about the Let Women Speak transphobe rally in Bristol where 100 people attended.

Today is thst darkest of anniversaries, 13 years since I took a call from the desk asking me to check out a report that Gary Speed, the football hero, my friend, was dead. I’ll never forget that morning. My thoughts are with those closest to him on this awful anniversary. Talk to someone.

Some people cannot comprehend that the exodus from X is not 'liberal flight' but a lot of people deciding that the content on the platform - hate/extremism, disinformation, violent/nsfw content, low quality ads, lax responses to user reports, suppression of content - just can't be ignored any more.
