Here’s video of the Delta CRJ-900LR landing at CYYZ (Toronto Pearson International Airport). It appears the pilot failed to properly flare above the runway, and landed nose down (rather than mains first).

I worked in forensic meteorology for about 1.5 years with a case load that was probably 98% aviation incidents. The frequency with which we are seeing aviation incidents is pretty normal. You would be shocked at how many planes/helicopters crash in this country on a monthly basis.

As a journalist who covers extremism at the local level, I think it’s a mistake to view Trump’s Napoleonic statement as solely about presidential power. Consider if it’s interpreted as a wink and a nod for any extremist to act outside the law to “save” the country as they see fit
