We follow the advice. We pace, we rest. We try supplements. We meditate. We seek tests and trials... But none of this is enough. We can't do this on our own. On #LongCovidAwarenessDay the government must commit to properly investing in finding treatments for #LongCovid.

Late last year I lost my job to #LongCovid. 20 yrs working for the #NHS. I'm too ill to work so I'm reliant on benefits. To get me well enough to work I need the government to invest in finding treatments for #LongCovid. Cutting my benefits won't get me back to work.

Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. It did not start from gas chambers. This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder. Auschwitz took time.
