if i discussed patient information in a signal group chat with a random reporter added, i’d be fired, fined & possibly have my licensure impacted negatively. any group discussions happening in a text app is via a specific one our org has a license for that’s extra encrypted due to sensitive info.

FWIW DeepSeek R1 70B (available at ollama.com/library) rocks. I can run it on my 2 year old Mac Studio, and I just dropped a fairly complex medical article into it and asked it to give me a band and song similar to another, and it did a solid job with both.
