Happy birthday @blondekwaidan.bsky.social ♈️👯‍♀️

Somewhere on the list of disheartening shit is the realization that the only reason we never turned into a fascist nation before this is fascists just didn’t think everyone would let them

Friendly advice, I promise: don’t list an outlet you’ve done one or two assignments for as your “employer” on social media. I’m not a lawyer but I think that might be fraud!

Happy birthday to @blondekwaidan.bsky.social, Fango’s Asian horror guru and resident news beast! 🎂👏

THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS movies have been around longer than ICE.

PSA: DEAD TALENTS SOCIETY was a sleeper hit with the Fantastic Fest crowd last year, and it’s on Netflix now!

It seems the horror comunitys resident stalker and creep has shown his face here, wonder how long that lasts before he has to make 10 burner accounts 🤔 Best to block him before he starts again.

Didion.

My team member just assured me I’m murderable as a compliment. Fri-yay!

it has to infuriate him that she’s a million times better at posting than he’ll ever be

From proof to final print. @fangoria.com vol 2 issue 27 subscriber variant cover. LOST HIGHWAY illustration by Matt Ryan Tobin. I really wanted to make the illustration pop so I gave it a spot gloss treatment and stripped away most of the elements on the cover to really focus on Matt’s art. (1/5)

Yesterday, I fondly remembered my dear friend Leonard Nimoy, who would have turned 94. His legacy lives on in our hearts. Just days ago, Bill Shatner celebrated his 94th birthday — wishing him continued health and happiness. Live long and prosper, my friends.

At some point around September of last year, my heart suddenly began trying to claw its way out of my chest. This heart had been lifeless and silent for so long, I even considered maybe I was dead but no one told my body. I still have questions, but my zombie heart throbs on. Hopeless necromantic.🫀

‘We used an app that a journalist was able to hack into while we discussed war plans’ doesn’t seem like the greatest defense to me.

Hi all, hate to do a GoFundMe so close to taxes, but while Marya and I were out of town our cat Miss Fanny was rushed to the emergency room. She was saved but we had to take on a lot of debt to do it, and we’d appreciate whatever help you can provide.

Spent half my birthday at the emergency vet for my lucky cat and had to put $1000 dollars into my unlucky car. Thanks to anyone who went out of their way to make me feel special 🥰

Once again trying to find all my fellow @fangoria.com fans on this app

who did this??

A compulsive need to skip to the end is terminal.

*Spectacular* AI generated copy from eBay describing a VHS of Jennifer Lynch’s film Boxing Helena.

Bong Joon Ho just used his Q&A before John Carpenter’s The Thing at the @AcademyMuseum to ask him to score his next next film — a horror flick — and Carpenter said yes! Magical evening at the movies!

FYI: John Carpenter's legacy as the master of horror will be cemented when he receives a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in April.
