Hey. Listen. I know things are tough right now. They are scary. I want you to know you aren't powerless. We are still early in the game. Educating yourself is power. It is okay to read and learn before moving on to bigger things. We can all do this.

So, did anyone else grow up in a super conservative (read: racist and homophobic and all the other -ics) community? Are you still working to come out of it and learn what you never did? What are some resources that help you learn about the world at large, beyond the hate and ethnocentricities?
