Why is it that so many businesses sending emails fail to make it obvious who the sender is? I am dumping no end that fail to make it clear, many no doubt genuine amongst all the spam. E.g. fnc-MCEConnectA30 turned out to be Balfour Beatty!!

What sensitive souls they are at Balfour Beatty. Complain about their cock up at a diversion where staff send you the wrong way and their reply includes "We will not correspond further if you continue to use phrases such as incompetent". 'Incompetent' was the mildest term I could think of!

A 35 between Bridport and Axminster- motorists stay miles away- total chaos with highways staff misdirecting left right and centre. Signing absent as we hit Bridport, later poor signing erected and eventually we got to A 303 near Yeovil!!! Must have wasted hours, has to refuel on second pass
