Homebrew day! My strawberry apple cider is perfectly dry and delicious and ready to age and clarify! The cinnamon vanilla mead sadly is perma-stalled even after attempts to restart fermentation a few weeks ago. With each batch, we learn what to do and what not to do! I don’t care for sweet wines.

I’ll be bottling a metheglin tomorrow and had an idea of using the Skyrim Mead recipe to make a hard cider instead. I’d use honey as the additional fermentable sugar and to back sweeten, along with juniper, hibiscus, and yarrow. I may even dry hop half of it if it isn’t overkill!
