If you found enough evidence to believe there’s something there then you press on. If not, what was the point of the investigation to begin with and what is it point of the law? Did nobody think of a plan re: how to pivot in order to move forward had he won? This is all so stupid and a waste.

I guess a better question is what are we considering “a rapid return?” Is a 7-5 season (or similar) next year a good enough return or is it making the playoffs? For me it’s winning the ACC and making the CFP. I’m timing how long it takes to get back to that.

Alford optimistic about a rapid return. We open with Bama. I don’t think the return is going to be rapid enough to beat them without spending a lot of money. Money I don’t think we have very much of. Or do we? Is the plan to just keep accumulating boatloads of debt? Genuinely asking.
