Can always tell when someone is having their first bike ride of the year. I’m commuting home bare handed in a ball cap and windbreaker. Saw a person going the other way in full thermals, balaclava, ski goggles, and shoe covers. It’s 54 and pretty sunny!!!

The driver stayed and cooperated. They said “ope I didn’t see that guy, it was an accident” so they will be let go. No one will change anything based on this incident. Also the cops say they are understaffed but then 10 cars are suddenly available to hang out when stuff like this happens.
