I watched S1E7 "critique" from the show The Bear. And it's great. You get sucked in I to this stressful situation and as soon as it is over you realize, you're at home watching a stream. Great TV. Although the episode is just 21min. In linear TV that would have worked. The compensate with the next

I must say, my favorite tool is now Google's notebookLM. To look up information in your own documents, it's the best. It even draws conclusions out of the content, if the answer ist not specifically in there. Works like a charm. Strongly recommended, if working a lot with texts.
